Here at Venture Outdoors NZ, we are proud to be a small family-run business born out of a passion for the outdoors.

 

We often found it challenging to find the service we expected from outdoor shops, particularly around food. Many stores only had food in stock to cover a need, and the staff didn’t make an effort with the food. Venture Outdoors NZ aims to change that. We think that food is just as essential to get right as your higher-priced items like your tent and sleeping bag.

 

With that in mind, Venture Outdoors NZ was created. It was created to change the mindset of the bigger retailers, who believe that food is something just to put in the corner and will sell as add-on sales.

 

We wanted to make sure we could ensure that our customers enjoy their meals in the wilderness so we came up with the;
